Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for SAL Consultancy 

  1. Cancellation Period

Clients of SAL Consultancy have the right to cancel any training services booked with us within 14 days from the date of booking (“Cancellation Period”) without incurring any cancellation fees.

  1. Requesting Cancellation

To cancel your training services, please notify us in writing or by email within the Cancellation Period. You can contact us at caroline@salconsultancy.co.uk

  1. Refund Policy

Cancellation Within the Cancellation Period: If you cancel your training services within the Cancellation Period, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid to us for the cancelled services.

Cancellation After the Cancellation Period: If you cancel your training services after the Cancellation Period has expired, no refunds will be issued, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the booked services.

  1. Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your training services to a different date or time, please contact us as early as possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen events, we may consider waiving the cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases to discuss your situation.

  1. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
